Prostate Orgasm

Let's start by defining what the prostate is and where it is located. The prostate, or what is also called the P-spot, is a small sexual gland that produces a prostatic fluid that nourishes and protects your sperm. This milky fluid makes up about 20% of the volume of the ejaculation. The prostate also allows ejaculation by contracting itself. It's normal to feel the urge to pee at the same time.
